Your rental agreement can be prepared before arrival
Once the booking information has been received, the main rental information can be prepared ahead of the customer's arrival. The purpose is to keep the airport handover straightforward.

What happens when you leave the terminal?

Is there a shuttle to an off-airport rental office?
No shuttle is required for a confirmed Mz Agency airport delivery. The purpose of the service is for the customer to receive the reserved vehicle at Essaouira Airport instead of travelling into the city first to collect it. Important: the car is handed over with very little fuel
Fuel is not included in the rental price. The vehicle is handed over with only a small amount of fuel, sufficient to reach a nearby petrol station. For that reason, plan to make a fuel stop shortly after collecting the vehicle.
When returning the car, however, you do not need to refill it. There is no requirement to return the vehicle with a full tank, and it can be returned without refuelling.
What if your flight is delayed?
Providing your flight information when booking helps associate your arrival with the reservation. If you become aware of a significant delay, flight change or cancellation, contact Mz Agency as soon as possible so the airport handover can be reorganised accordingly. Avoid assuming that changing to another flight automatically updates the rental information.
Can you collect at Essaouira Airport and return in Marrakech?
